Before co-founding Renew Energies, Mike had boots on the ground working as a gas installer and learning energy systems the hard way: hands‑on, cold mornings, no shortcuts. That background built the foundation for what he does now, leading the team and ensuring every ECO4 and GBIS upgrade is engineered for maximum impact.

Today, as CEO, Mike's the tactician. He oversees everything from the assessment to booking the work and installation obsessive attention to detail. Every figure, every standard, every home spec is tight, accurate and dialed in.

He's got a big thing for performance, on the road and in business. His garage proves it.
